In this line of work we don't always eat on time — but we always eat together.

While our guests are still enjoying the food and the company, the team is usually in the back — still moving. When we finally get a moment, we find a spot and share a simple meal. That bond goes into every plate we serve.

Good bread
completes a meal.

Every morning we bake fresh sourdough in-house — from the choice of grains to the perfect bake — so the whole room fills with the smell of real bread. First came the restaurant, then the bakery beside it. Take a loaf home on your way out.
